General Requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or IT-related coursework/certifications (CompTIA A+,
Network+) a plus
0-1 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or customer service role
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Team-first attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
Basic working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, Azure Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin suite and Office product troubleshooting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical issues in plain language
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tickets/priorities at once
Ability to lift and transport laptops and IT equipment (up to 25 lbs.)
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for internal end users, providing friendly, responsive support in person, by phone.
Deploy, configure, and image laptops for new hires and equipment refreshes
Support new user onboarding, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and orientation to company systems
Assist with patch management and routine software/OS updates across end-user devices
Perform basic network troubleshooting and monitoring, escalating complex issues to Tier 2/IT team as needed
Log, track, and document all support requests thoroughly and accurately.
Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment
Follow up with end users to confirm issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is high
Support IT projects and process improvements as assigned
